1 open role — accepting applications

Benefits Representative & Management Track

Full-time, fully remote, commission-based. You will serve members who have already asked for information about their benefits — and you will be trained to do it well.

Position overview

What the job actually is.

You contact members who requested benefit information, walk them through the programs they qualify for on a virtual appointment, and help them enrol. Then you follow up, service the relationship, and build a book of business you own.

  • Hit weekly activity targets you set with your manager
  • Show up to daily team calls and coaching sessions

What we are looking for

  • Willing and able to obtain a state life and health insurance license

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet, a laptop, a headset and a quiet workspace

Your first 90 days

What the ramp looks like.

  • Licensing

We hand you the course, the exam prep and a checklist for your state. Your manager checks in on your progress, not the other way around.

  • Product and script training

Live sessions on the programs, the presentation and objection handling. You practise on the team before you practise on a member.

  • Supervised appointments

You sit in on real appointments, then run your own with a mentor listening. Every call gets reviewed.

  • Running your own book

Independent production, weekly commissions, and a conversation about the leadership track if that is what you want.

Hiring process

Three steps, and you always know where you stand.

1

Watch the career overview

Twenty minutes. Company, product, pay, expectations. Watch it with sound on before you apply.

2

Submit your application

Three minutes. A hiring manager responds within one business day — yes or no, you will hear back.

3

Zoom interview

A conversation with the hiring team about your goals, your schedule and whether this is a fit in both directions.

Who you will meet

The hiring team.

These are the people who read your application and run your interview.
